Summary:
You will be instrumental in all core accounting functions, including reporting, month-end close, payroll, annual audits, and financial operations. This role will report to our Controller and work closely with our CFO and cross-functional department leads, and key external partners. This is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys a variety of responsibilities. While the core responsibilities of this role are general accounting, you will also be involved in forecasting, administrative, operations, and compliance work in a supportive team environment. This role is designed to evolve with your expertise. As our company grows, you’ll gain exposure to global operations, strategic initiatives, and leadership opportunities, accelerating your career in a supportive, collaborative environment.
This position is based out of our Boston office. While we support remote working arrangements, we expect you to work out of our Boston office approximately at least twice a week for the first two months to facilitate team integration, training, and critical collaboration. Experience the flexibility of remote work while engaging in meaningful in-office collaboration after the onboarding period, with a requirement to spend at least one day in the office every two weeks.
