What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor daily money movement activities and provide insights to improve accuracy and efficiency of settlements and disbursements
- Execute daily and weekly reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including invoicing and account reconciliations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manual workflows and improve cash movement operations
- Investigate and address issues within the reconciliation system while seeking support as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Basic foundational knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, VBA)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
