Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Accounting Analyst III in California for a 12-month contract to support the transition to Workday ERP. The role is mostly remote with monthly onsite visits; travel onsite about once per month.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or related field and 5+ years of accounting or process-improvement experience, including Workday Financials familiarity. Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

• Experience supporting or participating in a Workday Financials implementation is required.

• Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and IT teams.

Our healthcare client in California is looking for an Accounting Analyst III to help them prepare for their transition to Workday ERP Software.

This is a 12 month mostly remote contract with monthy onsite requirements.

• Duration: Not Specified
• Start: ASAP
• 40 hrs per week
• Travel: Onsite approximately once per month throughout the duration of the project

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance transformation, business analysis, or process improvement
• Prior experience supporting or participating in a Workday Financials implementation is required
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes
• Demonstrated experience documenting business processes and developing future-state workflows
• Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives
