Job summary

Williams in Tulsa, OK seeks an Accountant I to support month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting. You will develop schedules and analyses for internal and external customers, and assist with audit documentation.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s in accounting with a graduation date in 2026 or 2027, able to work overtime during quarter closings, and thrive in a collaborative team. Hybrid work model and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
• Not eligible for sponsorship.
• Must possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs month-end activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, management reporting and variance analysis.
• Prepares, maintains and develops schedules, reports, and analyses for internal/external customers.
• Provides documentation and clear explanations for audit processes.
• Participates as a team member to support various projects.
• Processes and analyzes significant amounts of data while identifying opportunities for process improvement with a focus on efficiency and automation.
• Other duties as assigned.
