• Provide daily volume, weekly and monthly reports to Accounting Analyst Supervisor.
• Ensure DC purchase orders follow established procedures.
• Perform 3-way matching verification for invoice payments.
• Order office products for DC and liaise with vendors.
• Standardize DC operational reports for consistency.
• Administrative office directives.
• Extensive data-entry projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
