Responsibilities

• Provide Accounting Analyst Supervisor with daily volume, weekly reports, and monthly reports.
• Oversee that the purchase order procedure is followed by the Distribution Center.
• Complete the 3-way matching verification for the payment process of invoices.
• Order office products for Distribution Center and be the main contact for these vendors.
• Facilitate the standardization of DC operational reports.
• Administrative Office directives
• Extensive data entry projects
• Other duties as assigned

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Accounting Analyst to join our client in Ruther Glen, VA. This individual will be responsible for a variety of accounting-related tasks, such as volume reports, payment verifications, purchase order duties, and more. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of experience with an accounting or economics background.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Ranging from $22/hr, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Full Time Schedule, Overtime Availability
• Located in Ruther Glen, VA

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide Accounting Analyst Supervisor with daily volume, weekly reports, and monthly reports
• Oversee that the purchase order procedure is followed by the Distribution Center
• Complete the 3-way matching verification for the payment process of invoices
• Order office products for Distribution Center and become the main contact for these vendors
• Facilitate the standardization of all DC’s operational reports to be in line
• Administrative Office directives
• Extensive data entry projects

Requirements and Qualifications

• 2 years experience with accounting or economics background
• Some college courses in Accounting or Economics or equivalent preferred
• Strong computer skills required; excellent with Excel and all Microsoft automation
• Good organizational skills
• Knowledge of DC operations
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Able to adhere to strict deadlines
