Accurate Personnel is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our client in Bloomfield, CT. The role handles volume reports, payment verifications, purchase order duties, and related accounting tasks.

The position offers $22–$25 per hour, weekly pay, full-time schedule, overtime availability, and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Located in Bloomfield, CT.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience with accounting or economics background
• Strong computer skills with Excel and Microsoft tools
• Good organizational skills
• Knowledge of DC operations
• Teamwork and ability to meet strict deadlines

Responsibilities

• Provide Accounting Analyst Supervisor with daily volume, weekly reports, and monthly reports
• Oversee that the purchase order procedure is followed by the DC
• Complete the 3-way matching verification for the payment process of invoices
• Order office products for DC and become the main contact for these vendors
• Facilitate the standardization of all DC’s operational reports to be in line
• Administrative office directives and extensive data entry projects

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ACCOUNTING ANALYST IN BLOOMFIELD, CT

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Accounting Analyst to join our client in Bloomfield, CT. This individual will be responsible for a variety of accounting-related tasks, such as volume reports, payment verifications, purchase order duties, and more.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Ranging from $22 – $25/hr, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Full Time Schedule, Overtime Availability
• Located in Bloomfield, CT

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide Accounting Analyst Supervisor with daily volume, weekly reports, and monthly reports
• Oversee that the purchase order procedure is followed by the DC
• Complete the 3‑way matching verification for the payment process of invoices
• Order office products for DC and become the main contact for these vendors
• Facilitate the standardization of all DC’s operational reports to be in line

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• 2 years experience with accounting or economics background
• Some college courses in Accounting or Economics or equivalent preferred
• Strong computer skills required; excellent with Excel and all Microsoft automation
• Good organizational skills
• Knowledge of DC operations
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Able to adhere to strict deadlines
