Job summary

Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting seeks an Accounting Analyst to support manufacturing operations with cost and financial analysis. You will model costs, evaluate productivity initiatives, and forecast at site level to guide decisions.

Ideal candidates have a CPA/MBA plus 4–6 years FP&A experience in manufacturing, with strong cost accounting and SAP/Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA a plus.
• 4-6 years of accounting, finance or FP&A in manufacturing; SAP preferred.
• Strong cost accounting and advanced ERP/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost analysis, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support operational decisions.

Accounting Analyst Responsibilities:

• Provide cost analysis, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support operational decisions

Accounting Analyst Qualifications:

• Strong cost accounting and operational finance background

• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience required (SAP preferred)
