KnitWell Group is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support GAAP-based month-end close, reconciliations, and financial audits. You will collaborate with the accounting manager and finance teams, bringing strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of accounting experience, ideally in public accounting, with ERP systems experience (Oracle/SAP) and proficiency in Excel and Word.

About the role The Accounting Analyst position will be responsible for various accounting functions, primarily related to operating expenditures and balance sheet accounts to support the application of GAAP during the monthly close, reconciliation process, and financial audits. This role will work directly with an Accounting Manager. The position will also be responsible for providing adaptable assistance across the finance department to support the business community and various needs within the organization. This role will allow an individual to utilize their accounting skills in a stimulating environment while gaining great experience and exposure across the finance team.
This position works on‑site at least 4 days per week consistent with the needs of the business at our Talbots office location in Hingham, MA.
