Zusammenfassung

Aprio is seeking a Consulting Director to join our Accounting Advisory practice and deliver strategic financial solutions to CFO organizations, leading high-impact engagements across audit readiness, technical accounting, ERP transformation, M&A, and more.

You will drive client relationship management and project delivery while leading and developing a team of accomplished accounting and finance professionals, in a growth-oriented, national firm.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Active CPA license required.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in public accounting and industry.
• Strong proficiency in U.S. GAAP and FASB rules.
• Experience leading audit readiness and SOX engagements.

Aufgaben

• Lead client engagements across Audit Readiness/SOX Compliance, M&A, ERP Integration and Optimization, Technical Accounting, SEC Reporting, Core Accounting, and Pre/Post-IPO planning and support
• Partner with CFO organizations to deliver strategic financial leadership, solutions, and measurable results
• Manage client relationships with a focus on quality delivery and client satisfaction
• Lead and develop consulting teams across concurrent client engagements
• Collaborate with clients to define and drive strategic direction, including cross-functional leadership
• Apply deep technical accounting expertise, including U.S. GAAP and FASB standards, to solve client challenges
• Contribute to firm growth through business development and entrepreneurial engagement
