Job summary

Regal Executive Search LLC seeks an Accounting Advisory Consultant in Denver to lead high-stakes financial projects, including GAAP conversions and internal audit transformations, beyond traditional accounting tasks.

You will work with Fortune 1000 leaders, provide technical insights, drive client leadership, and contribute to firm growth through mentorship and business development in a dynamic advisory team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA license preferred or significant progress toward licensure.
2 busy seasons in external audit with Big 4 or mid‑tier national CPA firm.
At least 1 busy season as a Senior in external audit preferred.
Mastery of U.S. GAAP and FASB; advanced Excel skills (macros, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

Lead and support financial projects such as financial statement preparation and GAAP conversions.
Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, providing technical insights and operational excellence.
Perform agile problem solving across industries and technical environments.
Contribute to firm growth through recruiting, business development, and mentorship.
