Distinct | North America in Jupiter, FL is seeking a friendly office associate to help with front-desk duties, client intake, and light bookkeeping. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a CPA environment, understands the rhythm of tax season, and may have QuickBooks experience.

Previous experience working for a Public Accounting firm is preferred.

You'll be helping with the everyday running of the office, welcoming clients, managing paperwork, supporting the tax team and getting involved in light accounting and bookkeeping where you can.

They're particularly interested in someone who's worked in a CPA firm before and understands the rhythm of tax season. QuickBooks experience would be a bonus, too.

But what matters most is finding someone who takes pride in getting the little things right.

Here's what you can expect:

A salary of up to $60,000, depending on experience, alongside benefits package including health and 401k.
