Job summary

National Lime & Stone Company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our NLS Paving team in St. Clairsville, Ohio. The position involves assisting estimators, contract administration, and general accounting functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience in accounting, and familiarity with tools such as Excel and Viewpoint ERP System. We offer competitive pay and a robust benefits package, including medical, dental, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High energy level and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• 3-5 years’ experience in general accounting and job construction administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists estimators with bid preparation and reposting results.
• Contracts administration for prime contracts and sub-contracts.
• Prepare and maintain fuel usage/mileage summaries monthly/quarterly.
• Calculate daily truck tickets and enter them into job costing/accounting software.
• Receptionist for the NLS Paving office.
