Duties

1. Oversee designated accounting functions of assigned clients
2. Ensure we are meeting contractual obligations to clients including time worked
3. Communicate regularly, proactively, and effectively with Leadership, internal staff, and clients
4. Mentor and train up-and-coming account managers, as needed
5. Receive work from clients and delegate to team members
6. Verify that client work has been completed accurately and in a timely manner
7. Communicate directly with Insurance Companies, Banks, CPAs, Payroll vendors, and other vendors when necessary and authorized by the client
8. Perform General Ledger reviews and Month End reporting
9. Identify additional client needs, and offer solution-based services
10. Maintain strict client confidentiality
11. Ensure accurate timekeeping of both billable and non-billable work

Requirements

• PC with high-speed internet, virus protection, and anti-spyware software
• Minimum one year of insurance Accounting & AMS360 experience
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Designated work area, free of distractions
