Job summary

OneSource Professional Search is assisting a well-established Northshore CPA firm in finding an experienced Bookkeeper/Payroll Professional. The role involves handling bookkeeping, payroll, and related accounting tasks for a diverse client base within a small-firm setting.

The ideal candidate will have prior bookkeeping and payroll experience, familiarity with CPA environments, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping and payroll experience required.
• Experience in a CPA firm or client accounting environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Our client, a well-established CPA firm on the Northshore, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Payroll Professional to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small firm environment where client service, accuracy, and teamwork are valued. The position will support a variety of small business clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and related accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll and payroll tax reports for multiple clients
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger activity and bookkeeping records
