$4,442.00 - $5,296.00 per Month
New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.

Under close supervision of the Accounting Administrator I (Supervisor), the incumbent will be in a learning capacity performing entry level accounting activities related to cashiering and banking activities for the Department, including but not limited to the processing of incoming payments and remittances.

Permanent Intermittent employees are paid hourly and are limited to 1500 hours per calendar year.

The ideal candidate will possess some cashiering experience and have basic knowledge and understanding of accounting principles. The candidate should have attention to detail, demonstrate good attendance, ability to follow directions, have strong customer service and organizational skills, ability to communicate effectively, meet deadlines, and can utilize MS Office, and have basic knowledge of an automated accounting system.
