Requirements

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized accounting experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal Service or equivalent demonstrating knowledge and skill applying principles, concepts and practices to perform assignments concerning financial management and budget. Specific work experience must demonstrate duties such as the following:

• 1) Analyze financial management processes, documentation, data, and system functionality to ensure compliance with applicable policy and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system processes.
• 2) Analyze accounting functions to identify regulatory and accounting changes, resource control functions, or operating level problems.
• 3) Review accounting and financial reports to identify and correct discrepancies.
• 4) Analyze and resolve financial problems within an organization.
