Responsibilities

• Process sales documents, orders, invoices, and related paperwork for accurate accounting.
• Maintain product and equipment records in the ERP system and assist with inventory counts.
• Support billing, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Operations, and Engineering.
• Review supplier invoices and ensure timely processing; manage order closures and returns.
• Assist with annual physical inventory and contribute to process improvements.

In this role, you will support the financial and operational processes related to equipment sales and inventory. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Accounting to ensure accurate order processing, billing, inventory management, and reporting while helping maintain efficient business processes.
