This role is designed for growth within the organization, with a preference for onsite work three days a week in Folsom, NJ. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of GAAP is essential.
• Experience with the month end close process is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis for monthly close.
• Manage the close of multiple companies.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and appropriate policies and procedures.

Skills

Working knowledge of GAAP

Experience with the month end close process

Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel

Superb written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize effectively

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Equivalent work experience may be considered
