The position emphasizes accuracy, ownership, and the adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation to improve processes across the department. Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 3+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Significant, hands-on experience in the assigned functional area(s) may substitute for formal education.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience in high-volume, audit-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for payable requests across departments, ensuring compliance before processing.
• Establish and maintain the AP ledger in the ERP system with high-volume, audit-sensitive accuracy.
• Execute complex bill payments in the ERP system with full accountability for payment type and coding.
• Perform domestic and international wire payments in USD and foreign currency, resolving variances.
