The successful candidate will leverage ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and AI-enabled tooling to improve processes, ensure accuracy, and support cross-functional stakeholders. Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred; 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience in payables, wire processing, banking, or close support.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems, strong Excel skills, and comfort with Adobe Acrobat Pro for documentation.
• Experience with multi-currency payments and business banking platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for payable requests and approvals for compliance prior to processing.
• Maintain accounts payable ledger in ERP with high-volume, audit-sensitive transactions.
• Direct execution of complex bill payments in ERP with accurate coding and payment type.
• Execute domestic and international wire payments in USD and foreign currency and resolve variances.
• Manage daily cash activity, research payment returns, and maintain vendor setups in ERP and banking platforms.
• Reconcile revenue and payment activity across channels, ensuring accuracy before close.
• Review vendor invoices and support Accounts Payable with documentation; liaise with carriers.
