Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with 9 credit hours in accounting.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience in maintaining general ledgers and preparing financial reports.
• 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.

Aufgaben

• Perform professional accounting activities including reconciliation of general ledger and payroll; analyze records and assist in financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of the Annual Financial Report with statements and schedules.
• Coordinate with external auditor during annual audit and resolve questions.
• Post data to ledgers and prepare journal vouchers affecting cash and expenses.
• Prepare monthly fiscal reports and monitor funds and expenditures.
• Supervise assigned unit; provide training and technical guidance to staff.
