Main Responsibilities
The position will be based in Phoenix, AZ.
- Analyze standard and customized reports for reasonableness and accuracy and make recommendations for action.
- Monitor Pharmacy Reconciliations by 3rdParty operations to ensure Business Rules are followed.
- Book accruals and true ups of multiple high-level processes and review for accuracy
- Assist Inmar with escalated collection efforts and unapplied cash issues for problem carriers.
- Support staff on issues requiring assistance as well as encouraging other team-members and be a positive role model.
- Complete balancing of daily sales, GL feeds and bank files as well as account reconciliations.
- Process Journal Entries and perform AP processes as required.
- Provide support to Inmar as well as Albertsons Internal Customers (RX Operations and Upper Management of NSC) in issues or questions.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- Coordinate high level projects as required.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following
- Strong knowledge of Pharmacy Reconciliation Process and Accounts Receivable
- Working knowledge of Pharmacy
- Four-year college degree in accounting
- Three or more years’ accounting experience in a large organization
- Advanced level PC skills including Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Self-motivated, and ability to make logical, rational decisions independently
- Ability to complete work with a minimum of supervision under rigid time constraints
- Good oral, written, mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to participate in team building and problem-solving sessions
- Ability to learn new technologies and business requirements
- Strong team building skills and ability to motivate team members
