Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Reviews, analyzes, and presents financial data including revenue projections and expenditure reports.
  • Prepares financial statements, reports of operations, expenditure reports, and statistical data on the agency’s financial status.
  • Maintains accounting ledgers, journals, registers, and other fiscal records with proper revenue allocations and expenditure classifications.
  • Reviews and processes expense vouchers, invoices, and other fiscal documents; reconciles financial reports and data.
  • Determines payroll requirements, maintains payroll data, and processes monthly payrolls.

What You’ll Actually Do
  • Reviews & Presents: Reviews, analyzes, and presents financial data, including revenue projections and expenditure reports, to accurately determine funding requirements.
  • Prepares Reports: Prepares various financial statements, reports of operations, expenditure reports, and statistical data concerning the agency’s financial status.
  • Maintains Records: Maintains and manages various accounting ledgers, journals, registers, and other fiscal records, ensuring proper allocation of revenues and classification of expenditures.
  • Processes Payments: Reviews and processes expense vouchers, invoices, and other fiscal documents for payment, performing reconciliations of financial reports and data.
  • Manages Payroll: Determines payroll requirements for the department, maintains comprehensive payroll data, and prepares and processes monthly payrolls.
