Job Description

This position is part of the Sponsored Student Billing team within the University Bursar, located in the Finance & Accounting unit of the CFO Division. This position supports the team by resolving complex payment issues on student and sponsor accounts, monitoring of aging on sponsor accounts, and in assisting the team with processing during peak periods. The incumbent in the position will deliver excellent customer service to students and ensure the timely resolution of issues.

Expected Salary

$22.03 - $24.90

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization
