Child & Family Guidance Center is seeking an Accountant to join our North Texas clinics. You will analyze complex financial records, verify accounting operations, and prepare financial statements.

The role requires preparing reconciliations, journal entries, and bank reconciliations, with QA on GL and budgets; collaborate with departments and support audits. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in accounting with 3–5 years’ GL experience, strong Excel skills (SAGE/QuickBooks preferred), and a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and GAAP knowledge required.
• 3–5 years of general ledger accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables; QuickBooks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and maintain balance sheet/income statement reconciliations.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Analyze general ledger accounts and budget-to-actual as directed by CFO.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Assist with external audits.
• Suggest improvements to accounting systems and reports.
