Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, inventory, payroll, tax, or other accounting functions.
• Prepare and maintain financial records and transactions.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors to resolve accounting matters.
• Assist with audits and process improvements.
