Job summary

JetBrains приглашает к сотрудничеству опытного специалиста по холдинговому учету на роль ведущего бухгалтера. Вы будете координировать закрытие месячного/квартального/годового цикла, подготавливать консолидированную отчетность и обеспечивать соответствие голландским и международным требованиям.

Кандидат обладает опытом работы с NetSuite, владением английским языком и вниманием к деталям для масштабируемой финансовой инфраструктуры в многонациональной команде.

Qualifications

• 5–7 лет опыта в бухгалтерии с холдинговыми структурами
• Знание налогового учета и отчетности, взаимодействие с налоговыми комиссиями и консультантами
• Глубокие знания общепромежуточного учёта и консолидированной отчетности
• Знание требований Dutch statutory compliance и принципов отчетности
• Опыт подготовки финансовых отчетов для юридических лиц в международной среде
• Опыт работы с ERP-системами (NetSuite) и сложными Spreadsheet-аналитиками
• Свободное владение английским языком в деловой переписке и отчетности

Responsibilities

• Вести и координировать закрытие на уровне холдингов: месяц, квартал, год.
• Подготавливать и проверять_STATUTORY финансовую отчетность и сопутствующую документацию.
• Обеспечивать соответствие местному учету и голландским требованиям.
• Сотрудничать с Контроллингом и внешними аудиторами на этапах аудита и аудиторских циклов.
• Анализировать сложные вопросы учета, документировать позиции и унифицировать политики.
• Готовить сверки, журналы, обзоры баланса и закрывающую документацию.
• Контролировать межкомпанию балансы и согласование внутригрупповых исключений.
• Улучшаить финансовые процессы, внутренний контроль и системи отчетности.
• Брать на себя ведение холдингового учета и обеспечение надежной групповой отчетности.
• Стандартизировать холдинговые процессы для прозрачности, автоматизации и масштабируемости.
• Руководить первым циклoм месечных закрытий холдингов и общим операционным ритмом

Задачи:

• Lead and coordinate holding-level accounting activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements and supporting documentation for holding entities
• Ensure compliance with local statutory accounting and Dutch reporting requirements
• Partner with the Controlling team to guide external auditors, advisors, and service providers through statutory reporting and audit cycles
• Analyze complex accounting matters, document technical positions, and align accounting policies across holding entities
• Prepare reconciliations, journals, balance sheet reviews, and closing documentation for holding companies
• Monitor intercompany balances and lead intercompany accounting alignment and eliminations
• Improve finance workflows, internal controls, and reporting systems to help accounting processes scale
• Take ownership of holding-level accounting activities, ensuring statutory compliance, month-end closes, and reliable group reporting
• Shape and scale financial processes, turning complex transactions into structured, transparent workflows
• Take ownership of the first month-end close cycle for holding entities
• Lead statutory financial statement preparation, establish an operating rhythm with external auditors, and identify ways to streamline intercompany reconciliations
• Standardize holding-level accounting processes to make them transparent, automated, and scalable

Требования:

• 5-7 Years of progressive accounting experience, including substantial exposure to holding-company accounting
• Working knowledge of corporate income tax accounting and reporting, including supporting tax compliance with internal tax teams or external advisors
• Deep practical knowledge of general ledger accounting, holding structures, and statutory reporting
• Strong understanding of Dutch statutory compliance requirements and accounting principles
• Experience preparing or coordinating statutory financial statements for legal entities in an international environment
• Experience with ERP-based systems such as NetSuite and complex spreadsheet analyses
• Fluent English communication skills
• High ownership, reliability, and attention to detail
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong logical reasoning
• Ability to explain complex accounting treatments clearly, structure independent work, manage deadlines, and balance multiple priorities
• Ability to build trust and work effectively across diverse international teams
• Focus on quality, long-term scalability, and clean documentation
