Job summary

Z&L Properties,Inc. is seeking an experienced accountant to join our team. You will document the company’s financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and manage payroll-related tasks.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and well-versed in accounting best practices. The role focuses on accurate data entry, budget analysis, bank reconciliation, and timely preparation of reports while ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial data and transactions.
• Analyze budgets and other financial information.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare financial reports and statements.
• Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Create accounting policies to comply with all rules and regulations.
• Process payroll related works.
