Job summary

Lunchtime Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Accountant & Financial Systems Specialist I to support Finance, Operations, and Purchasing through financial analysis, systems administration, billing, budgeting, and technology support from our Dakota Dunes office.

This role offers a hybrid work environment, opportunities to lead process improvements, and collaboration across departments to drive business results while expanding expertise with the BOSS platform and Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years accounting/finance experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and SharePoint is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with software implementations preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate and maintain accurate customer billing and accounts receivable reconciliations.

Accountant & Financial Systems Specialist

Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: Position based out of our General Office in Dakota Dunes, SD

Lunchtime Solutions is hiring an Accounting & Financial Systems Specialist I to support our Finance, Operations, and Purchasing teams through financial analysis, systems administration, billing, budgeting, and technology support.

This is a unique opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys improving processes, implementing technology solutions, and working cross-functionally to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementation of the BOSS software platform.
• Serve as the company's BOSS system expert, providing ongoing training and support.
