Responsibilities

• Support a variety of day-to-day accounting functions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting information.
• Process and record financial transactions.
• Assist with customer and vendor account activity.
• Monitor outstanding account balances and assist with follow-up as needed.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare and record journal entries and other accounting adjustments.
• Assist with monthly and year-end accounting activities.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and related schedules.
• Review financial information for accuracy, completeness, and proper classification.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external contacts to resolve accounting questions and issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiency.
• Provide support for special projects and other accounting-related responsibilities as needed.
