Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or related field.
• Experience in Balance Sheet review/audit; Billings; Accounts Receivable; Accounts Payable; Cash Reporting; Contract Administration, Business Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite with high-level Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting); Adobe Professional.
• US Citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance with SCI, ability to obtain Top Secret SCI.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with internal customers daily.
• Plan and process check runs for sensitive vendor payments per PO and terms.
• Prepare, review, and submit classified customer billings.
• Reconciliation of outstanding payables and aged receivables.
• Monitors and reports cash for classified government contracts; support banking/treasury.
• Prepare & post general journal entries; support audits.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
