Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions following established policies and procedures.
• Assist CFO in maintaining internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Analyze general ledger accounts for budget, variance issues and forecasting.
• Prepare financial statements and board reporting.
• Prepare journal entries for month end close and general ledger.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations including bank reconciliations.
• Support year-end audit with work papers and schedules.
• Coordinate with departments for budgeting and reporting.
• Prepare daily cash and forecasting reports.
