Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is hiring an AR Accountant in Fairfield County, CT to support daily AR operations and customer account management. You will handle cash applications, invoicing, reconciliations, and assist with month-end close in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of AR experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with customers and vendors in a fast-paced setting. Onsite role with full-time hours.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting or accounts receivable experience.
• Understanding of inventory, sales order, and purchase order processes.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

About the Opportunity

A growing and established distribution company is seeking an AR Accountant to join its accounting team. This position supports daily accounting operations with a primary focus on accounts receivable, customer account management, cash applications, and general accounting support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to contribute in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsibilities will be assigned based on team workload and may include:
