Job summary

Happy Skyway Overseas is hiring for a Mortgage Sales Manager role in Winfield Township, Indiana. You will own the P&L for the mortgage business, drive revenue, and lead recruitment and training activities to build a high-performing team.

You will work with open market channels, branch networks, and builders to acquire customers and expand market share. You will monitor portfolios, approvals, and compliance (KYC), while guiding customers through ROI, fees, terms, and product features.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage lending and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for mortgage business, delivering top and bottom line.
• Develop sales budget, plan, COA, customer retention strategies, and product training.
• Manage portfolio monitoring, project approvals, legal, technical issues, PDD, referral billing, and vendor incentives.
• Acquire home loan customers via open market, branch network, channel partners, and builder relationships.
• Build relationships with builders and expand project-based revenue streams.
• Communicate ROI, fees, terms, and conditions; explain product features clearly to customers.
• Ensure KYC adherence and timely file completion per company checklist; oversee disbursement documentation.
• Handle customer calls and requests to ensure high satisfaction; explain reasons for rejections when needed.

Job description

• Responsible for the P&L Account, delivering the top line & bottom line of the Mortgage business in line with organization needs
• Sales Budget and Plan, COA, Customer Retention, Recruitment & Product Training
• Handling aspects pertaining to Portfolio monitoring, Project Approval, Legal, Technical, PDD, Referral Billing, vendor management & sales Manager Incentives etc.
• Acquire customers for Home Loan from open market, Branch network, Channel partner and Builder relationship.
• Build new relationships with builder community basis projects and expansion plans.
• Developed strategic plans rolled out to business and built revenue streams with various product mix
• Guide the customer towards applying for Home Loan and explain the product features in terms of ROI, Processing Fees, Terms and conditions very clearly.
• Ensure adherence to KYC documents as per the guidelines of the company. Ensure proper completion of the files within timeline as per the company checklist
• Ensure proper closure of disbursement documentation within the timeline.
• Attend customer calls and properly attend to their requests for ensure high customer satisfaction. Communicate the reasons for rejection to the customer.
