Borets Employment in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to support general ledger activities, month-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting. You will also handle payroll, tax reporting, budgeting support, and audit activities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 3+ years of accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical abilities. Attention to detail and tight deadlines are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and maintain capital expenditures records and financial statements
• Prepare monthly sales tax reports
• Prepare annual property tax reports
• Process payroll
• Assist with budgeting, taxes, consolidations, cost control and project control
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Complete month-end close and trial balance updates
• Prepare daily cash reports for HQ Treasury
• Support regional audits and internal controls
• Provide financial analyses and ad hoc insights

Job Functions/ Duties (may be assigned other duties by management)

• - Evaluate and maintain all records of capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit planning, operating records and financial statements.
• - Analyze and prepare monthly sales tax reports in compliance with all state, city, county and parish laws.
• - Analyze and prepare annual property tax reports in compliance with all state, city, county and parish laws.
• - Process Payroll
• - Assist organization with financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidations, cost control and project control.
• - Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
• - Complete month-end close process.
• - Prepare and update monthly trial balance supporting reports and reconciliations.
• - Inventory item tailoring maintenance and troubleshooting, including costing, location, and availability.
• - Prepare financial analyses of regional operations for guidance of regional and corporate management, including, but not limited to, monthly commentary, analysis of actual vs. planned results, and recommendations for corrective actions.
• - Arrange & support regional audits of company's accounts, physical assets, and internal controls.
• - Backup for mission critical business processes and training of primary process owners, including, but not limited to: Payroll, Sales Tax, Invoicing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Banking Administration, P-Card Administration, etc.
• - Prepare daily cash report for HQ Treasury Department.
• - Consult with management on financial policies, procedures and applications.
• - Special projects and ad hoc analysis as requested by Managment.
• - Personally observe safety and security procedures and proper used of equipment and material. Actively promote safety process and report any safety issues to proper channels for action.

Qualifications/Education Requirements

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• - Normal office environment and occasional exposure to plant environment during the course of normal job duties

• - Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection, hard hat and safety shoes while in shop environment or on job site.
