Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC in Temple, TX is seeking an Accountant whose work matters. You’ll keep the books accurate, manage month-end close, and deliver numbers leadership can trust for decisions shaping the business.

You’ll own month-end close, reconcile accounts, maintain the general ledger, support budgeting and forecasting, and assist with audits and taxes. A Bachelor's in accounting or finance and 3+ years of experience are required; ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years accounting experience.
• Manufacturing, healthcare, or distribution background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and year-end close tasks including journal entries and accruals.
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain the general ledger and track variances.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and schedules.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with reliable data.
• Assist with audit prep and tax filings.
• Identify process gaps and help close them.

Compensation

• $60,000 – $80,000 annually, based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own month-end and year-end close tasks, including journal entries and accruals
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts
• Maintain the general ledger and track down variances
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
• Support budgeting and forecasting with clean, reliable data
• Assist with audit prep and tax filings
• Spot process gaps and help tighten them

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Manufacturing, healthcare, or distribution background a plus
• ERP experience (NetSuite, Dynamics, Sage, or similar)
• Working knowledge of GAAP
