We are looking for a Staff Accountant with 10+ years of accounting experience to join a growing organization in San Leandro.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll have a hands-on role supporting day-to-day accounting across three entities, including:

• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records
• Tracking expenses and identifying discrepancies
• Pulling reports and analyzing financial information
• Looking for opportunities to improve costs and processes
• Providing useful financial information to support business decisions

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

• 10+ years of accounting experience
• QuickBooks Online experience required
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and report preparation
• Solid AP, AR and reconciliation experience
