What You’ll Do

As an Accountant at Ultra Clean Technology, you’ll play a key role in the accurate and timely execution of day-to-day financial operations. You will collaborate with a distributed finance team and cross-functional departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Your responsibilities will span core accounting functions, monthly closes, reconciliations, and reporting.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as needed
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and intercompany accounts
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify variances or discrepancies
• Support the preparation of internal financial reports and schedules
• Work closely with external auditors and provide required documentation
• Contribute to continuous process improvement within the accounting function
• Collaborate with AP/AR teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Stay current on accounting standards, industry trends, and compliance regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA or in progress
• Experience in a public company or manufacturing environment
• Remote work experience
