Job summary

PIPESTONE is seeking an Accountant to support producers by delivering accurate, timely financial information. You will maintain financial records and ledger accuracy, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements and reports to support decision making.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance with 2+ years of accounting experience, and possess strong organization, problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or related degree.
• 2+ years accounting experience (AG- preferred).
• Strong organization, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records and general ledger accuracy.
• Reconcile bank accounts and key balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare balance sheets, income statements and weekly/monthly reports.
• Track project costs and assist with capitalization/expensing.
• Support variance analysis and year-end closing.
• Assist with various accounting projects.
