Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $52,000.00/yr

Accountant: Part-Time, Fully Remote

Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a temporary part-time Accountant. The ideal Accountant in this role has strong Excel skills and the ability to work remotely.

Tasks / Responsibilities

• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for home care and hospice clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including adjusting journal entries and month-end close activities
• Assist clients with budgeting processes, cash flow projections, and financial forecasting to support strategic planning
• Monitor billing activities and collections and help optimize revenue cycle management for healthcare clients
• Work collaboratively with the accounting team to complete all full cycle accounting tasks

Location: Fully Remote! (Training will be via Microsoft teams with Senior Accountant)

Position: Accountant

Start Date: TBD (pending 1 virtual interview and clear background check and drug screen(no THC))

Schedule: 8:00-4:30 (part time approx. 25 hours a week, possibility to reach 40 hours full time)

Pay: $25.00 hourly

Type: Temporary Assignment – Open-Ended Timeframe

Attire: Business Casual – appropriate top, nothing revealing (remote role but look appropriate to be on camera when required)
