We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support accurate financial recordkeeping, reporting, and analysis activities. This role is responsible for maintaining financial records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), preparing financial reports, performing reconciliations, and supporting the automation and analysis of financial data. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting fundamentals with analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy.
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Reviews and validates large volumes of financial information with minimal errors. Balances speed and quality while meeting deadlines. Utilizes quality assurance techniques and cross-checking processes to ensure accuracy.
Identifies and defines problems while evaluating their business impact. Analyzes financial and operational data to determine root causes and recommend solutions. Utilizes analytical tools and structured problem-solving techniques to support decision making. Draws logical conclusions and recommendations from data.
Communicates financial information clearly and effectively to various audiences. Prepares reports, presentations, and documentation to support business decisions. Provides constructive feedback and collaborates effectively across teams. Tailors communication style to meet audience needs.
Effectively manages competing deadlines and changing priorities. Delivers quality work while balancing operational responsibilities and project commitments. Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills. Maintains productivity while handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
Understands accounting processes, principles, and controls. Records and classifies financial transactions accurately. Supports the maintenance of general ledger accounts and reconciliations. Ensures compliance with financial policies and reporting requirements.
Understands financial statements and key financial concepts. Interprets financial information and identifies meaningful trends. Supports analysis activities that inform business decisions. Assists in preparing and reviewing financial performance reporting.
Maintains accurate and complete financial records. Investigates and documents errors and discrepancies. Follows established record retention and reporting procedures. Ensures financial data is entered accurately and on time.
Supports the preparation of accurate financial reports. Reviews reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Identifies and resolves reporting discrepancies. Applies established reporting standards and procedures.
This position requires incumbents to be onsite in the Nashville main office 5 days per week.
Summary Pay Range: $94,728.00 - $151,572.00
