Provides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management. This role is responsible for maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards, creating reports on financial performance for internal and external use, and creating and utilizing automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results.

What You Will Do:
  • Maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.
  • Creating reports on financial performance for internal and external use.
  • Creating and utilizing automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results.
  • Work directly with plant leadership to review variances, build forecasts, teach business/financial acumen, answer questions, and be their primary financial support.
  • Manage both legal entity and accountable reporting for the Mapleton foundry.
  • Work directly with a dedicated resource from the accounting center of excellence to direct work activities, monthly financial reporting, analysis, closing activities, etc. This is like a dotted line reporting of this COE resource to this role.
  • Participate in cost reduction projects led by the facility, provide key financial support and leadership.

  • Ability to adjust communication and reporting to different levels of business leaders from an Operations supervisor level to senior plant leadership to the VP of Operations.
Additional Information:
  • This position is onsite 5 days a week.
  • Domestic relocation is available.

Summary Pay Range:

$97,530.00 - $146,290.00
