A consulting firm is seeking a Technical Consultant to manage accounting for data center construction projects and develop strong relationships with business partners. The role requires a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, over 5 years of relevant experience, and skills in data analysis and process optimization. Preferred qualifications include Big 4 audit experience and knowledge of Oracle Financials and Hyperion.

Qualificações

5+ years of financial statement auditing, financial accounting, or similar experience.
Experience analyzing large data sets and working with business partners to effect changes.
Experience in optimizing or re-designing existing processes.

Seeking Technical Consultants in O'Fallon, MO

Responsibilities:

Manage the accounting for several data center construction projects from record to report including responsibility for month end close processes and SOX controls
Own multiple balance sheet accounts and the corresponding sub-ledger for varying levels of complexity
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Infrastructure Business Partners to understand the broader business objectives, develop processes jointly and provide accounting guidance.
Identify process gaps and independently develop and implement solutions.
Provide support to finance management and other cross functional partners as needed. This includes ad hoc financial analysis, technical analysis, and special projects

Minimum Qualifications

Excellent team player who is adept at working as part of a larger team located in different locations
BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of financial statement auditing, financial accounting, or similar experience
Experience analyzing large data sets and working with business partners to effect changes
Experience in optimizing or re-designing existing processes resulting from business needs
