Dometic in Elkhart, Indiana, is seeking an Accountant to join the Finance team and uphold financial integrity for manufacturing operations. You will lead monthly closes, cost accounting, forecasting, and reporting, partnering with operations to drive profitability and process improvements.
Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, 5+ years in manufacturing finance, and experience with ERP systems (PLEX) and Power BI.

This position reports to Business Unit Controller and will work in Elkhart, Indiana.
As an Accountant in the Finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity, operational efficiency, and overall performance of the business. Serving as a trusted partner to finance and operational leaders, you will lead financial reporting, cost accounting, forecasting, and close activities while delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance profitability, efficiency, and business results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

in accounting and manufacturing finance, with a strong foundation in financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
