Job summary

Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. in Irwindale, CA is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our accounting team and support the Accounting Supervisor and Controller. Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Strong understanding of general accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Experience supporting or independently completing month-end financial close activities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze and manipulate large amounts of financial data.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or a similar ERP system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bank research and assist with daily cash and treasury-related activities.
• Track capital expenditures and maintain accurate supporting records.
• Manage fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, and related entries.
• Support the accounts payable process, including invoice review, processing, and payments scheduling.
• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the monthly close process.
• Analyze general ledger activity and assist with account reconciliations and adjustments.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support accounts receivable activities and customer account maintenance.
• Monitor cashflow and assist with working capital initiatives, including DPO management.
• Help ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and maintained on a timely basis.
• Assist with accounting projects and other duties as needed.

Pay Details

$70,000.00 to $95,000.00 per hour
