Overview

We are collaborating with a prominent local organization to find a talented individual for an Accountant role. This opportunity combines analytical duties, interdepartmental collaboration, and the chance to enhance processes within a dynamic, high-demand environment.

Responsibilities

Compile and assess journal entries for both balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Execute monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure precision and compliance.
Contribute to the preparation of financial reports that aid strategic decision-making.
Support physical inventory counts and reconciliation tasks, with some travel involved.
Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies to uphold cost accuracy.
Engage with material suppliers to address discrepancies and foster strong partnerships.
Conduct inventory adjustments and deliver comprehensive analysis.
Provide support for Accounts Payable functions when necessary.
Create daily, monthly, and on-demand financial reports to facilitate business operations.
