LHH is partnering with several growing organizations in the Richmond area seeking mid-level accounting professionals for direct-hire.

Staff Accountant opportunities include hybrid work arrangements with Richmond, Innsbrook, and West End locations. The role focuses on accurate accounting records, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting with competitive compensation based on experience.

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, or month-end close.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

• Journal entries and general ledger accounting
• Month-end close and reconciliations
• AP and AR support
• Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Financial reporting and variance analysis
• Maintaining accurate accounting records

What We're Looking For:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 1–5+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Experience with AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, or month-end close
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
