West Central Initiative is seeking an Accountant to assist the Senior Accounting Manager with general accounting functions. You will help compute, classify, and record financial transactions to ensure accurate financial records and support month-end close.

The role is exempt, full-time (40 hours/week) with starting salary between $54,250 and $75,952. Depending on the candidate, the position may be office-based, hybrid with in-office days, or fully remote within or near west central Minnesota.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Associate degree in accounting plus related work experience.
