Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an Accountant for a Northern New Jersey MEP consulting firm.

You will manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries to support financial operations in a professional team. The role covers monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end closing, along with processing invoices, expense reports, client billing, and tracking project expenses and budgets.

Qualifications

• Accounting experience, preferably within an engineering, consulting, or professional services firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
